Trainee Sales Negotiator- £25,000 basic + commission

My client is a highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency based in Ipswich, known for exceptional customer service and in-depth local market knowledge. As they continue to grow, we’ve been instructed to find a motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales team, learning the ropes of estate agency and helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in property sales with full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting buyers in finding their perfect home by conducting viewings and providing expert advice.
  • Supporting vendors with the sale of their property, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities through phone calls, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Managing property listings and ensuring marketing materials are up to date.
  • Learning and developing an in-depth understanding of the local property market.
