Work hours: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday mornings

Duties include managing property portfolio, arranging inspections, check ins and check outs, referencing, and inspections

Our client, a well-known Lettings Agency, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their team in the Ipswich area.

Working hours:

The role is working Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (discretionary)

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Basic salary £25,000 - £28,000
Ongoing training and support
Parking

Property Manager requirements:

Minimum 6 months of Property Management experience
Great Customer Service skills
Organised
Problem-Solving skills
Articulate
Driving licence

Duties of the Property Manager role will involve, but not be limited to:

Manage and oversee a property portfolio
Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
Check Ins and Check outs
Referencing
Inspections
