Our client, a prominent Lettings Agency, is seeking a Property Manager for their Ipswich location.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000 and requires a minimum of 6 months of Property Management experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings at the discretion of the agency.
Key responsibilities include managing a property portfolio, conducting property inspections, and handling check-ins and check-outs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be organized, articulate, and have problem-solving abilities, along with a valid driving license.

Our client, a well-known Lettings Agency, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their team in the Ipswich area.

Working hours:

The role is working Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (discretionary)

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Basic salary £25,000 - £28,000

Property Manager requirements:

Minimum 6 months of Property Management experience
Great Customer Service skills
Organised
Problem-Solving skills
Articulate
Driving licence

Duties of the Property Manager role will involve, but not be limited to:

Manage and oversee a property portfolio
Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
Check Ins and Check outs
Referencing
