Our clients, a well-known Lettings Agency, are seeking a Property Manager for their Ipswich location.
The position operates Monday to Friday with a basic salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000.
The role includes a commission and bonus structure, with an OTE of £27,500 to £30,500.
Candidates should possess great customer service skills, be organized, and have strong phone skills, along with a driving license.
Key responsibilities include managing a property portfolio, handling deposit refunds, negotiating renewals, conducting meter readings, and booking inspections.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Basic salary £25,000 - £28,000
