Our client, a well-known Lettings Agency, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their team in the Ipswich area.
Working hours:
The role is working Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (discretionary). Our client will also consider someone looking to work part time.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
- Salary of up to £32,000 (Pro rata if part time)
- Ongoing training and support

Property Manager requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Property Management experience
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organised
- Problem-Solving skills
- Articulate
- Driving licence
Duties of the Property Manager role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee a property portfolio
- Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
- Check Ins and Check outs
- Referencing
- Inspections
