Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their close-knit team in Ipswich.

Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator/Valuer:

  • Generate new business and conduct valuations from leads provided
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process
  • Support the wider team during quieter periods
  • List properties on the market
  • Book and conduct viewings
  • Promote the company's services and benefits to clients
