Our client provides an exceptional legal service to their clients and are currently seeking a friendly and organised Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description: As a Legal Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Providing general support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Legal background
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
