Our client is seeking a Legal Receptionist / Secretary to join their team.

Our client provides an exceptional legal service to their clients and are currently seeking a friendly and organised Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description: As a Legal Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Providing general support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Legal background 
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
