Sonic Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized School Receptionist for a temporary, part-time position at our busy school reception.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
Candidates must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an immediate start and an end date at the end of the Summer Term.
An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service is required, or candidates must be willing to apply for one through us.
The salary for this position is competitive, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage and distribute mail
Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Immediate start required
End date: End of Summer Term
Must have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through us
