The Role
The successful candidate will assist with managing the cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract.
You will help produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs), take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting, as well as occasional pre-construction surveying duties.
Experience
1+ years experience in an estimating or construction-based role
Experience or knowledge of conquest would be advantageous
