Excellent FTC opportunity until the end of July 2025 focussed on promoting new degree level apprenticeship programmes. The role will help develop and deliver an integrated programme of key events.

Applicants will be well organised and thrive in a busy working environment providing proactive, creative events services and expertise, and excellent customer service. The role requires an evidence based approach, monitoring the impact of all events, providing reports, insights, and recommendations to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for external organisations regarding Apprenticeship projects.
  • Familiarise yourself with bid guidance and target audience.
  • Working closely with the Business Engagement Managers, supporting the co-ordination, development and delivery of events, programmes, and initiatives, particularly supporting internal pre and post-award processes and those of funders.
  • Support the provision of high-quality data to relevant groups and bodies.
  • Manage and support all pre and post award processes including Costings.
  • Support the organising and promoting of Business Engagement / seminars and information sessions including attendance, as appropriate.
  • Play a key role in promoting new and existing initiatives to increase internal and external engagement, including, social media, email, and traditional hard copy resources
  • Manage administrative systems within a broad policy framework ensuring that confidentiality is maintained as required.
  • Administration to include maintaining databases and preparing financial statements, process transactions and other administrative data.
  • To work flexibly, as some out of hours work may be required e.g., attendance at events/visits to Partners.
  • To perform any other duties which are commensurate with this grade and role.

This role is based in Ipswich with parking available at a small daily cost.
