A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for six months, working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 13-14 per hour. Hybrid working available after a successful probation (minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
1,000 bonus after the full duration of the contract is carried out.
Key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for recruitment processes.
- Arranging interviews and co-ordinating diaries.
- Liaison with agencies and candidates.
- Booking of interview meeting rooms.
- Assisting with candidate feedback process.
- Booking any travel or accommodation requirements for managers.
- Onboarding processes, such as reference checking new and leaving employee.
- New starter forms collation and action.
- Assisting with the distribution of induction and training schedules to Line Managers.
- Any wider tasks needed in the small team.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
- HR/Recruitment experience.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft packages.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available immediately.
