VPss are an established Recruitment Consultancy who have specialised within the beauty sector for nearly 25 years and have an impressive track record. We work with the beauty brand owners, the head office retailer teams and their manufacturing and product development partners. This also expands further into the ingredients and componentry suppliers and niches like health, vitamins, minerals and supplements.

We are looking to find a new team member to join the beauty brand side of the team and be able to apply their recruitment experience and learn the specialisms of this category. You will be used to calling, emailing and utilising LinkedIn, following up both new and existing Clients to gain new briefs whilst getting to know industry specialist Candidates and work pro-actively with them.

We are a small, experienced team who work really well together and to help you learn our ways of working and develop your industry knowledge, we are all office based so you can listen and learn and create your own style. We have just invested in a superb CRM system and recently moved to our beautiful new office with great views across the town from the 5th floor where you will have space and respect to adapt and continue to grow your career.

What we really want is an individual who has covered 360 recruitment from building a desk to searching and fulfilling a variety of roles from Graduates through to board level Directors.
