The role will closely focus on new business, and we have weekly and monthly KPI's to achieve both personally and as a team. You'll become an essential part of the Hunterskill team and have a wide customer base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.We're looking for individuals that match our ambition, energy and enthusiasm - whether you're an experienced recruiter, or a recruiter considering moving industries this role could suit you! Training, development and support will be offered to all successful candidates.The RewardsCommission: You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. In short - the more you bill, the more you earn. With an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential! Incentives: We're truly passionate about recognising the hard work of our team,. On top of commission we have monthly team targets and, if hit, the whole team enjoys the rewards. In addition to this, we have individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets for which a variety of incentives are offered.
