Senior Recruitment Consultant - Ipswich, Suffolk - Opportunity to build a team and manage operational long term.
c£28-£35k + monthly commission + home based/hybrid

For over 30 years, they have been providing specialist recruitment services across temporary, contract and permanent roles through our network of branches across the South East, South West, Midlands and East Anglia regions.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented individual to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and further drive the growth of our logistics recruitment services across the Ipswich region.
In terms of role location, we’re able to offer a hybrid role, while engaging in commercial/sales/business development activities.
Key elements of the role will include:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop outstanding client and candidate relationships, working in partnership with clients and candidates across Suffolk and the surrounding regions
- Develop and nurture key accounts, providing a range of services and solutions
- Attend client visits and local networking events
- Undertake effective candidate sourcing, helping drive candidate attraction and engagement.
- Actively seek additional commercial opportunities and revenue streams and drive sales/new business growth for your desk.

What will you need?
- Previous recruitment consultancy experience
- Strong sales/commercial abilities and the drive and experience to develop new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and results-driven, able to deal with and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced role, supporting clients with fluctuating requirements.
- Dynamic, self-starting individual, able to work autonomously,
- A current driving licence.
- Strong IT/system skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
- A base within the Suffolk/Essex border, with reasonable proximity to Ipswich and the surrounding areas
