We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Assistant, to join a well-established, highly respected company in their field based in Ipswich. You will be responsible for running the end-to-end recruitment processes around the company, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Duties:

  • Monitor the Recruitment inbox and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring/offering.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
  • Act as first point of contact for the Talent function.
  • Produce employment paperwork for new starters.
  • Conduct Background Screening checks on all new starters.
  • Conduct psychometric tests on candidates and staff where required.
  • Hold HR Induction meetings with new starters.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English).
  • At least 2 years experience of working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consultancy.
  • Previous experience of working within a professional services environment.
  • Experience managing a full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Previous experience of conducting background screening.
  • Good administration skills.
  • CIPD or relevant recruitment qualifications are desirable.
