We are a small luxury hotel in a beautiful part of the Suffolk countryside looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. This isn't just a job, it's a passion.

Our beautiful restaurant has consistently been awarded 2 Rosettes by the AA, with the hotel itself receiving 4 Silver Stars. We'll be aiming for more in the future and are currently expanding the business with the addition of an underground vaulted Italian Spa, Wedding Venue, Orangery, Italian Gardens and additional bedrooms, so there will be room for the right person to grow within The Marquis family.

Reporting directly to Our Head of F & B, this is a unique opportunity to get involved at the beginning and play a leading role in the creation of something special. Our F&B operation is still evolving and there will be every chance for you to make your mark with your own personality and ideas. This role is very much operational leading the F&B team in the ways of product knowledge, training and quality service.

You will need to be the kind of person who has a natural inclination towards excellence in every detail and be able to motivate others to achieve it. Leading by example, you will take great pride in what you and your team do.
