My client, a lead in the insurance industry, are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join them on a full-time basis in their Ipswich office. To be considered for this role you should have experience in building relationships with new and existing clients alongside being comfortable with developing new business through networking and engagement.
Role and responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing clients and develop their accounts
- Actively approach new clients
- Attend regular networking events to develop relationships and gain clients
- Work in a consultative approach and continuously develop knowledge in the insurance sector
- Ensure you fully understand client requirements
- Book and attend client meetings
- Remain proactive in the market and gain leads for new clients
- Minimum of two years experience in commercial sales
- Confident in new business both over the phone and in person
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to grow and develop new and existing relationships
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not essential
- £35,000 - £45,000 base salary
- Fully office based and event attending
