Join a dynamic team at a growing business based in Ipswich. We are seeking a Finance Assistant who is part AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified to manage key financial operations within a local company. This role is perfect for someone on their accountancy journey, looking to progress and develop their career.
Day-to-day of the role:- Solely manage the company purchase ledger.
- Handle the sales ledger.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Assist with month-end accounts.
- Support the Finance Director with various finance projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Part AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified.
- Experience in managing purchase ledger.
- Strong understanding of sales ledger, VAT returns, and month-end accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum.
