Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Finance Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract in Ipswich.

We are seeking candidates ready to take their next step in the world of finance or administration and are serious about their learning and development.

It's likely that the successful candidate will have experience within a finance team or a strong administrator. You'll work with other talented individuals that will offer their support and help you develop.

This role's support is split between the finance team and the Head of Fleet.

Day to day, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport and service suppliers. maintain a full and accurate list of vehicles for all legal entities within the Finance Group
  • Through working collaboratively with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport, provide support to the Fleet Services Team.
  • Continuously review and develop internal processes in order to achieve efficiency's whilst ensuring enhancing quality of output is not jeopardised
  • Work alongside the Head of Finance, provide business partnering support to the Finance Team
  • Continuously review and develop processes in order to achieve efficiency's whilst enhancing quality of output
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the business, enhancing operations knowledge which will support the improvement of internal finance processes
  • Support the financial reporting team with the accounting for leased vehicles
