Key Responsibilities:路 Teach engaging English lessons to secondary school students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. 路 Develop and implement effective schemes of work and lesson plans. 路 Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. 路 Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their best. 路 Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:路 A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related subject (QTS). 路 Strong knowledge of the English curriculum for KS3 and KS4. 路 Passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives. 路 Excellent communication and organisational skills. 路 Experience in teaching English at secondary level (desirable, but not essential). 路 A team player with a collaborative mindset.
