About The Role:
As a Security Services Engineer, you will be the first line of support for employees, providing a professional and friendly service. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment security, and building systems, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner, and in compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms software on workstations, servers and networks
- Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Speak with customers remotely to resolve issues when required.
- Act as a first line support to employees, providing a professional and friendly service
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid and Full UK driving license
- Previous experience working on CCTV, Intruder Alarm and access Control Systems.
