About The Role:

As a Security Services Engineer, you will be the first line of support for employees, providing a professional and friendly service. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment security, and building systems, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner, and in compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms software on workstations, servers and networks
  • Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Speak with customers remotely to resolve issues when required.
  • Act as a first line support to employees, providing a professional and friendly service

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid and Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience working on CCTV, Intruder Alarm and access Control Systems.
