Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a passion for travel and technical problem-solving? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated International Field Service Engineer to join a globally recognised team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automated machinery, offering the chance to travel extensively and work directly with clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain Converting Equipment machinery at client locations around the globe.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure machines operate efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure all service activities meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed service reports for each project.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field service engineering (ideally with automated machinery.)
  • Strong hands-on skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40% travel, with trips lasting 2-3 weeks).
  • Must hold a valid passport and driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Siemens TIA Portal is highly desirable.
  • Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of international machinery standards and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Door-to-door pay with enhanced overtime rates: 1.3x for regular overtime, 1.5x for Saturdays and the first 8 hours of weekend overtime, and 2.0x for Sundays.
