Local Service Manager Position
Salary: 40,102.32 to 42,213.00 per annum + benefits
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Time Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established, not-for-profit care provider that delivers supported living services nationwide. We are currently recruiting a Local Service Manager to lead one of their supported living services in Ipswich.

Based at the Ipswich facility, the Local Service Manager will be responsible for supporting up to 14 clients with learning and/or physical disabilities, providing the assistance they need to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the service delivery and manage the team in partnership with the Area Service Manager
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
* Oversee the quality of service, financial performance, and budget management
* Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring adaptability in working hours
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a management role within a similar environment, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, with a compassionate and hands-on approach
* Experience in delivering personalized support that encourages client development
* Ability to work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary partners
* A full, valid driving license is required for travel
