Mental Health Clinical Lead - CBT Therapist - Remote

Home-based, 40hrs/week

Salary: £56,000 - £62,000

Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a specialist provider of mental health and wellbeing services, to recruit an experienced CBT Therapist (with full BABCP accreditation) to join them as their new Mental Health Clinical Lead.

You’d be part of the Mental Health leadership team of an APPTS accredited organisation which provides remote assessments and psychological therapies for people with mild to severe mental health conditions. The organisation has built a strong network within the private sector whereby all referrals are privately sourced via contracts from occupational health services, solicitors and private medical insurers. As Clinical Lead for the Mental Health Team, you’d be the main point of clinical support for risk escalation whilst being supported by the Deputy Clinical Lead and Head of Safeguarding, and hold clinical oversight for the therapy team which includes CBT Therapists, EMDR Therapists, Counsellors and Wellbeing Practitioners.

This is a multifaceted role where you’d be involved in and lead on clinical supervisions, in-house training clinical audit, strategic leadership, clinical outcomes and service development meetings.

Candidate

The successful candidate must have:

  • A recognised degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Full accreditation with the BABCP
  • Experience carrying out clinical supervisions for junior colleagues
  • Experience working in IAPT, Occupational Health or with Insurers
  • Must have an additional core clinical qualification (e.g. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or a Doctorate in Psychology)
