gap healthcare is recruiting for Agency Support Workers in Ipswich and the surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
With a variety of shifts available this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment. Youll be based within a supported living service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support:Provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Promote Independence:Encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence, helping them to engage in daily activities to the best of their ability.
- Individualised Support Plans:Follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each residents needs are met with compassion, respect and tailored care.
Requirements:
- Experience:A minimum of1 years UK care experiencewithin a similar environment
- Skills:Strongcommunication skillsare required, ensuring clear and empathetic interaction with residents and the care team.
- Personal Qualities:You must becompassionate, reliable, and flexible
