Support Worker

gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client for Support Workers to work across their Supported Living Services in Ipswich, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Our client has both day and night contracts available, offering up to 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your availability and lifestyle.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll help empower individuals to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Promoting independence by assisting individuals with personal care where required

Supporting mobility and helping people move safely within their environment

Encouraging and assisting with daily tasks, routines, and responsibilities

Providing support with household tasks and managing paperwork

Ensuring individuals feel empowered, capable, and included in everyday life

Benefits:
