Candidates must hold a recognized Assessor award and possess at least 3 years of experience in Health and Social Care at a Senior Carer level or above.
A recognized Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is also required, along with IT literacy, although training on company systems will be provided.
Key responsibilities include conducting End Point Assessments, scheduling activities, marking, grading, and maintaining communication with apprentices and employers.

Have at least 3 years’ experience within Health and Social Care at Senior Carer level or above.
Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Must be IT Literate – training will be provided on company systems.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3.
These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD.
Participate in standardisation and training activities.
Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
