We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Adult's Community Care Team within the UK Social Care industry in Suffolk.
Responsibilities include:
You will complete professional assessment of need and risk for complex and moderately challenging cases in respect of service users and cases within Luton Borough.
- Undertaking a duty role as necessary and initial assessments
- Ensuring needs are met through negotiation with service users and their carer's and to make sure support plans are persona centred and focused on individuals
- Contribute to the development of Directorate projects or strategic plans and or borough wide and neighbourhood projects
Experience preferred:
- Post qualifying experience of working within a Qualified Social Worker
Minimum Requirements:
- SWE Registration
- 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
