A prominent financial services company is seeking a fully remoteSenior App Developer proficient with Flutter to spearhead the development of their flagship app. This is a pivotal role that directly supports the exciting pipeline of projects and changes happening in the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the flagship Flutter mobile app.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Contribute to technical decision-making and the long-term technology roadmap.
Key Experience
- 2+ years Flutter experience
- 4+ years of mobile application development experience
- Proficient in Dart, JavaScript, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
- Hands on experience with the full SDLC.
- Experience converting designs from tools (preferably Figma) into functional applications.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and component-based frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with Android/iOS UI development and backend processes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Experience in animation is desirable.
