What’s the opportunity?

As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Independently design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Lead in identifying and fixing bugs and production issues.
• Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Contribute to improving best practices and team processes.

Skills and Experience:

About You

• You have 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• You have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• You are experienced with our core tech stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server), version control
• systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• You have familiarity with at least one front end JavaScript framework (e.g. React, Angular,
• etc)
• You have hands-on experience with modern cloud services and architectures (e.g., Azure).
• You excel at problem-solving and are skilled at troubleshooting complex issues.
• You are familiar with agile methodologies and have experience participating in sprint
• planning.
• You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should:

• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Be able to take initiative and lead smaller development tasks.
• Be proactive in researching and applying new technologies to improve team efficiency.
• Contribute actively to improving development processes and best practices.

Nice to have:

• Extensive experience with React and Angular
• Experience in the healthcare industry

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum
