Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive and dynamic primary school? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Ipswich, helping to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ensuring they reach their full potential.


Role & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Support pupils with personal, social, and emotional development.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.


Requirements:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Understanding of SEN strategies and experience working with EHCPs.
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
