We are currently seeking a Sales Workshop Service Technician to join our client's team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Sales Workshop Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment is assembled correctly, working to specification, and safe to operate.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, recondition, and facilitate the certification and final preparation process of all equipment to deliver a quality assured product.
  • Support the workshop supervisor to meet demand and requirements.
  • Contribute to record keeping, including inspection, parts used, labour, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to assess machines for general wear and tear and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a service provider to the Sales Team, ensuring that machines are delivered to the highest standards for demonstrations.
  • Work with the supervisor to meet customer delivery requirements and expectations.
  • Be open to ad-hoc travel across the UK and overseas.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills required:

  • Workshop experience is essential with good product understanding and knowledge.
  • Related industry Apprenticeship Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Action-oriented and target-driven.
  • Possess a driving licence with the ability to tow (desirable).
