Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for temporary Business Support Officer to undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the efficient delivery of services within Psychology and Therapeutic Services.

The main tasks carried out by the Business Support Officer would be to process reports written by Educational Psychologists and Inclusion Facilitators. A large amount of the reports are Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments. Processing reports includes saving, verifying personal details and uploading reports to Liquid Logic. Deal with incoming and outgoing post, communication via telephone, email and face to face, process referrals mainly from schools as well as internal teams, adding case notes, finalise forms etc.

The successful candidate will have proven administration skills, attention to detail, coordination, organising as large part of the role involves statutory work and requires someone to use their initiative to be fully independent as they have a number of deadlines to meet.

Interviews will be held face to face in Endeavour House, DBS check will be carried out prior to starting along with completed 3 years reference history. Candidates will need to commit to ASAP start once completed.
