Business Support Officer

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their Cooperate Services to provide support with a range of administrative tasks.

As Business Support Officer your typical duties would be:

  • Coordination and booking of rooms and associated logistics for a corporate learning programmes
  • Preparation of learning materials
  • Sending of joining instructions and answering some general queries
  • Data input
  • Some hosting of delegates for programmes
  • Diary management linked to room bookings etc
  • Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer who have demonstrable experience of carrying out a range of administrative/ secretarial procedures and tasks, collaborate well with others and be flexible in your approach to meet the demands of the post and team, resilience and high level of IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Excel.

We are looking for ASAP start and interviews will be held in person.
