the role.

The Business Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our client based in Ipswich. This temp-to-perm opportunity involves managing diaries, coordinating travel, and maintaining high integrity. Effective communication, prioritisation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and efficiently are essential.

  • Arrange and coordinate diaries for meetings and booking meeting rooms.
  • Set up meeting facilities, organise refreshments/lunch requirements and IT equipment.
  • Day to day administration support to business teams as designated.
  • Management of department spreadsheets.
  • Maintain credit card records.
  • Production of documentation as required within business area of responsibility.
  • Track and manage staff anniversaries.
  • Support other members of the Business Support Team as and when required and cover during periods of absence.
