  • Manage the Entire Order Cycle: Oversee forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and shipping to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct weekly reviews of sales data to adjust forecasts accurately, considering promotional activities. Provide essential weekly stock reports.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain daily communication with international suppliers to ensure timely order receipt and delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the Supply Chain Administrator, ensuring precise shipping statuses and monitoring schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain processes and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Effective forecasting and material requirements planning.
  • Efficient management of purchase orders and supply chain reporting.
  • Proactive issue resolution and escalation.
  • Leadership and development of the Supply Chain Administrator role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: GCSE / A-Level required; Degree preferred.
  • Experience: General administration, with a preference for backgrounds in logistics, supply chain, or related fields. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Outlook and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
