Location: Suffolk
Salary: £11.44 an Hour
Working hours: PART TIME: The successful candidate will be required to cover 8.30 am to 1pm Mondays and Tuesdays plus Wednesdays 12.30 pm to 8.45 pm = (approx. 20 hours). It may be possible to change the evening shift to cover a different evening (Mon-Thurs).

Our client situated in Suffolk Probation Service are looking for an Experienced Receptionist to join their team on a Part Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Software packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to react quickly and professionally when needed
• Deal with general queries from people on Probation attending the office to see their Officers
• Manage inbound and outbound Calls from people on Probation or prisons wishing to speak to Officers
• Booking people in for appointments
• Refunding travel fare

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Administration
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional Customer Service
