- Answering calls from internal and external sources at the Willis Towers Watson main UK switchboard
- Understand callers requirements to ascertain the correct department required
- Keeping Disaster recovery calls for the WTW business colleagues
- Maintaining team procedures and additional details to assist in call taking
- Ability to work shift patterns covering 07:45 – 18:00 daily
- Have a flexible approach to working within a busy team
- Be very customer focused and able to work under pressure
- Be a team player and able to set own goals and priorities
- Have an excellent telephone manner to portray the professionalism of WTW
