Ocean Freight Customs Coordinator – IpswichLooking to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing logistics team?We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Customs Coordinator to join our clients friendly team in Ipswich. If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience working in an office environment, strong admin skills, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.Hours - Monday - Friday 0900 -17.30 office based position.What does it involve?
  • Managing shipment files through the customs process
  • Completing import customs declarations
  • Handling and checking key documentation
  • Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Supporting with invoicing, queries, and port health checks
About you:
  • Office experience and strong admin skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great communication and teamwork
  • Customs or shipping knowledge is a bonus – not essential
  • Confident with Word, Excel (Cargowise experience a plus!)
