Sonic Summary
- Tennial Personnel is looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a team in Ipswich on a temporary to permanent basis.
- The position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, following a 12-week probation period.
- Candidates should have proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly with structural and architectural steelwork.
- The role requires proficiency in MIG, TIG, or ARC welding techniques and the ability to read technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG or ARC welding on steel structures and components.
Technical Drawings: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings and technical schematics.
Quality Control: Inspected completed work for accuracy, durability and adherence to safety standards.
Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with team members, project managers and supervisors to meet deadlines
Skills Required
Proficiency in MIG, TIG and / or ARC welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Experience using welding machines, grinders and workshop equipment
Qualifications Required
Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly with structural and architectural steelwork
Understanding of industry safety regulations and procedures
Counterbalance Forklift License is advantageous but not essential
