About the RoleAs a Welder and Fabricator, you will be at the heart of our engineering operations. Your primary responsibilities will include welding in MIG, MAG, and TIG, as well as material preparation and cutting. You will also be responsible for fabricating worn or damaged components, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Working from detailed drawings, you will produce components and products that are crucial to our projects. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our engineering solutions.

Working HoursMonday to Friday: 7- 5
Perform welding tasks using MIG, and TIG techniques.
Prepare and cut materials to specified dimensions.
Understand and appreciate technical requirements, ensuring traceability and maintaining associated records.
Fabricate worn or damaged components to restore functionality.
Work from technical drawings to fabricate products and components with precision.
Ensure all work meets the quality and safety standards of the company.
Will be required to travel to sites around the UK sometimes at short notice and out of usual hours, With the potential to lodge away for short periods of time
Proven experience as a welder and fabricator, with expertise in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding.
Strong understanding of material preparation and cutting processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of traceability and record-keeping practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
