The successful Materials Planner will be responsible for:





  • Manage Internal or External suppliers ensuring plants will have the right material at right time
  • Build and improve supplier relationships
  • Update SAP Planning parameters as per business need
  • Manage supply risk by setting strategic stock & escalate to procurement or supply chain planning
  • Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assembly, and finished products
  • Manage supply priorities based on project priorities / customer needs
  • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
  • Manage stock of raw material/components according to the master production schedule




The successful Materials Planner will have:



  • Experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience into similar Supply Chain/planning areas
  • A proactive approach and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge with ERP systems
  • Bachelor Degree ( Math- Science field)
  • A minimum of Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering
