Back to searchPertemps are working with a large organisation based in Ayrshire who have a temp requirement for an Administrator to join their team. This role is for a period of 8 weeks and will be office based. The client does have free parking and salary is circa £23500.The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for compliance, with particular focus on screening customers, identifying new orders and requesting/verifying end customer details. Key Responsibilities:• Using software to screen end customers against US, EU & UK sanctions.• Escalating concerns/queries to line manager for further investigation.• Review and investigate customers as potential matches with sanction parties.• Producing and filing evidence of the screening steps undertaken.• Maintaining records to evidence the screening process has been undertaken.Knowledge Requirements: • Proven experience in a support/administrative role preferred.
