We are excited to be working with a leading FMCG manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Production/ Process Engineer. Within this role, you will be expected to support with production and process improvements across the manufacturing site. You will be heavily involved in developing new processes.
Role
- Responsible for supporting new process across production
- The expectation from the role is drive continuous improvement on key performance indicators:
- Conversion Cost (e.g. streamlining processes, automation)
- Production Output (e.g. breakdowns, minor stoppages, changeovers, speeds)
- Business Waste (e.g. line wastage, process waste, effluent)
- In line with this, you will be responsible for the performance of the lines and training of the workers, documentation etc
Person
- Ideally an energetic & dynamic individual who should be:

- Hands on
- Strong in working with and achieving through people
- Strong in communication & presentation
- Resilient
- OK with SAP and Microsoft Office programs
- Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production
