We are excited to be working with a leading FMCG manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Production/ Process Engineer. Within this role, you will be expected to support with production and process improvements across the manufacturing site. You will be heavily involved in developing new processes.

Role

  • Responsible for supporting new process across production
  • The expectation from the role is drive continuous improvement on key performance indicators:
    • Conversion Cost (e.g. streamlining processes, automation)
    • Production Output (e.g. breakdowns, minor stoppages, changeovers, speeds)
    • Business Waste (e.g. line wastage, process waste, effluent)
  • In line with this, you will be responsible for the performance of the lines and training of the workers, documentation etc
