Responsibilities in your new role as Warehouse Supervisor
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing all warehouse operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures. You will ensure that all operating areas and equipment are maintained to the highest standards and that products meet quality requirements. You will oversee timely material delivery to production, control all inwards/outwards deliveries, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. Your leadership will ensure that your team meets daily responsibilities, complies with equipment and PPE health and safety requirements, and completes all necessary paperwork accurately. Additionally, you will train your staff to appropriate standards, manage their development plans, prepare and manage SOPs, and actively monitor logistics status against plan requirements. You will also support KPIs, contribute to the design and development of equipment and processes, and prepare risk assessments for logistics areas.
