Are you an Operations Manager from a Plant background looking to be the go to expert with a thriving timber manufacturer who will let you spear the department and shape the future of the growth within the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing subsidiary of a Timber powerhouse that is based across Scotland and Northern Ireland. For over 100 years they have provided a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. You will have 60 reports and play a pivotal role in a large site for a £380 million company.

You will oversee the operations of a brand new site which has received a £15 million investment. You will be responsible for ensuring the plant is meeting its targets in relation to quality, service, safety, efficient , deliverables, compliance, training, procurement and maintenance.

This role would suit an operations manager looking to join a manufacturing powerhouse who have are looking to scale their site offering you the opportunity to build a team, have autonomy and the ability to run operations how you see fit.

The Role:* Overseeing quality, safety and efficiency of manufacturing * People management including HR processes* Ensuring KPI's are met* Making sure the site is operational through maintenance management* 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
