We are looking for anMulti Skilled Engineer - Air Conditioning Biaswho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMulti Skilled Engineer - Air Conditioning Bias,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled Engineer - Air Conditioning Bias,will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining new and existing building AC/HVAC services.
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on HVAC appliances.
- Carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
- Undertaking general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing & toilet in-blockages to assist the general maintenance team.
- Participatingin out of hours call out rota and complete all work-related documentation accurately on time.
- Completing minor new works and any required certifications.
- Supporting contract mobilisation and change management and assist the site team in Ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - Air Conditioning Biasrole you must have:
- NVQ Level3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
- City & GuildsRefrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) Level 3
- City & GuildsRefrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems (6090) Level 3
- F-Gas Category 1
- C&G 236 Part 1 & 2.
- BS7671 Electrical Regulations.
- C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and Testing (desired).
