What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in aseptics, surgical, and medical wards. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments• create and implement personalised care plans• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration• experience working with aseptic preparation, surgical & medical ward patients• strong communication and interpersonal skills• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for Until 27/06/2025 with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
