An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join a well-established hospitality group, known for its luxurious, dog-friendly hotels.

In this role, you will provide a range of spa treatments, including nails and waxing, while also enhancing customer experiences through product upselling.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a relaxing and outstanding customer experience throughout their visit.
  • Recommending and upselling the latest beauty and skincare products.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming spa environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Fully trained to HNC / HND / SVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
